Override into a course
In order to override into a course, click the link on this page under the "Forms" section. The form includes instructions regarding who you will need to send it to.
Major/Minor Restriction or Prerequisite Waiver
In order to take a course with a prerequisite or with a major/minor restriction, use the corresponding form on this page. The form includes instructions and a list of disciplinary representatives who you will need to send the form to.

Declare or change major/minor
In order to declare/change a major or minor, a student must email the Chairperson or Dean of the school where the major/minor is housed to request permission. The student should complete this form, and include it in their email. The Chairperson/Dean will then forward the form and their approval to Registrar.
Declare a pathway
In order to declare a pathway, a student must complete this form and send it as an attachment to their faculty advisor and indicate the pathway that they have chosen. The faculty advisor will then forward their approval to the Registrar. Freshmen must declare a pathway by the end of the semester. A list of pathways can be found here.
